my experience not so good
delayed twice ... to hanoi and dalat
my friend worse... 11am flight delayed till 3pm :s22:

but worse about domestic flight is ... the local!!
I felt like I'm flying in a safari with wild animals :s13: zero manners!!
don't bother to book the window seat... those local super kiasu and always queue up first and just chop the window seat... I gave up

they are just like those low end old folks in SG
sit with one leg up or as long as the legs are up lah

My return flight from Hanoi to hcmc also delayed. From 10 pm delayed till 2am.

I think they use roundabout flights. That's why very easy to tio delay.

The part about locals. Fugging true. Like China villagers like that. No manners, noisy, and kiasu :x

I just booked vietjet for hcm to dalat return. Hope it goes well.

my vietjet air dalat return flight was ok... ba
after take off, in 20mins the captain will tell the crew to prepare for landing :s13: ...

looking at the map... 300km really a bit short for flight...
aeroplane can do 800+km in 1hr :s13:
suspect the plane flew to south china sea for a joy ride
too bad my window seat was chop by thick skin viet auntie

Took it from Danang to HCMC and had a good experience with them. No rowdy local passengers, no flight delays whatsoever. After backpacking from Hanoi to Halong Bay to Hue, Hoi An and Danang, I finally became lazy and decided to fork out extra to just fly into HCMC haha. Didn't buy any in-flight food because I had time to kill at the boring airport so I just got a sandwich and coffee there.

Don't recall about airport taxes, I don't think need to pay for inbound flights.

What about international flight? Shouldn't airport tax be included in the ticket sale?

Airport tax is included in the ticket. I don't remember paying additional airport tax at the counter.

domestic flight all tax included in the ticket price shown online.

between hcmc and central vietnam like danang .. very short flight
you can bring water and food with you into the aeroplane :s13:
cos food and drink are sold right at where you wait for the plane :D at least is true at hcm airport ... nobody is gona stop you

another "bad" advice... for domestic, the viet practice is no need to follow strictly the 2hr check in rule.. but of course must be there before counter close
