Has anyone took Vietnam Air to Japan before? I'm a little apprehensive because it's so much cheaper than most other airlines. I'm not sure if I should book my flight for Vietnam Airlines.

Did it last year for kansai cherry blossom after MH fear .
Looked / felt decent but my inflight entertainment did not work .
Safer than MH , Asiana , budget airlines or those Thai / Indonesia airlines ?

If you feel cheap tickets makes an airline unsafe, then go buy an expensive ticket on a more expensive carrier. Problem solved. It's all in your state of mind.

for me i feel ANA serve me well even pay more even come to more exp SIA
so i fly with ANA 100%

my friend took vn airline before to taipei last dec.
she say no personal entertainment, no tv.
and the service is not good
she say she wont take again lol ....

checked vn for my seoul trip, their price was the cheapest, abt 505sgd.
their transit timing is the shortest, abt 1hr and 2hrs

actually cathay always have promo ... abt 500+
else if u wan feel safe and lower cost, can take scoot lo ..
abt 300+ to seoul and tokyo if they having their tue promo ...
excluding checked in luggages etc
