yeah . damsen park got the dry part and the wet park . basically just next to each other :o

dry one - not much stuff. usually just couple or ppl going there to take photo

wet one u have ur waterslides, wavepool :o

not inside ben thanh market but rather outside .

just around 10 meters away . many goldsmith shops . just pop in and ask for the rates. definitely better than sg / hcmc airport

u will see many ppl going there to exchange =:p

for taxi, dont have to go to the taxi counter , just head to the direct taxi stand. get mai linh or vinasun . they have the people there to coordinate the taxi in and out. have a print out of ur hotel address ready . from airport to city will not cost u more than 250k. if low traffic, around 120k to 150k can get u to the city centre

Hey guys! Anyone knows where in sg i can break 100usd bills into small denominations like 1s and 5s? I read that its better to have these for cambodia and vietnam

For day trip to Vung Tau, how long does it take if travel by bus and where does it stop at? Besides seeing jesus christ statue, what activity to do there?

Vung tau there nth much to see.

Other than jc statue and the cable car to the theme park, it is practically a dead town. If you die die go there, go try the seafood.

just got back from HCMC, not as bad as the news has reported. May I ask where can I find budget clubs/discos/ktv?

cheap seafood i like! haha

go by public bus shld be around 2 half hr .

private bus will be around 1 half hr .

heavily depending on the traffic .. there nothing much . cheap seafood, fresh grilled oysters :o
thks for e info! have 3 full days, only think of city + tunnel tour den e mekong delta like need min 2d1n so undecided whether to go VT anot... 1st time to Vietnam too =:p
