the last trip was march this year ... went there fri evening flight to sun morning flight .... jetstar promo that time was 56sgd two way nett taxes in
then stayed at 4 stars eden saigon deluxe room with bf for 75sgd per nite for two ... breakfast was very good . as have stayed at many 3stars hcm hotels, their breakfast was soso ...
so our 3d2n was 56+75 = 121 kinda good

hcm many hotels to choose, and their price is cheaper than malaysia and bkk.
can easily book a 3stars for abt 35sgd per nite for two with breakfast

airport to ben thanh market that area is abt 13sgd one way
no train in hcm at all
most tourists would go d1 ... d5 is chinatown, no been there befoew.
coz online ppl say not safe

Can anybody send me contact information of trustworthy and professional tailor (the one who is not going to do bad quality job with cheap fabric) in Hoi Ann , based on your own personal dealings with him - both conditions are mandatory.

Plan is to take my wife and bother there and would like to make 1-2 piece of nice clothing for each of them during the time we will be there.

Jetstar promo just over. Yes... Friday 7am go, Sunday 9am come back $73 all in without luggage. But Tiger tickets are not bad also.

Friday morning go, sunday morning comeback, usually abt $109 if you can avoid school holidays and book in advance.

D5 Cholon mkt is a local mkt. I think it should be quite alright. The stuff there are so much cheaper than D1.

Hi bro, i made shoes there. If u need contact, can let me know. Otherwise u can chk out Tripadvisors. Hoi An mens working shirts can be as cheap as 15usd onwards. Material and worksmanship not bad. Rem to bring your colored copies of the dresses or shirt designs there for them to copy.

I stayed at Vinh Hung Library before. Nice hotel designed to look like a library. rates decent and quite near to city center.
