i change my money at the vietnam airport. There are a few money changer stall there. Check out the long queue and better rate store.

this stomp post reminds me of "ugly singaporeans" in vietnam trip......a group......obviously singaporeans with the infamous singlish accent.......yelling away at waiter / waitress for the drinks they want.....dun even bother to say "hello", "hi", or "thank you"......juz tk n dun bother.....and group created a ruckus initially, so excited over their food or watever.........well done singaporeans.........+1 for ugly acts again....

nope, banks are closed, shops would still be opened, tour operators, some might be closed, goldsmiths located around ben thanh would be opened

anyway food i recommend is Quan An Ngoh, Fanny Ice Cream and Allez Boo (found in guidebook recommendations)...may be a it pricey but still worth it..

Worst in SG...there's report of fight between SG fans vs VN fans outside National Stadium..in the end Cisco police have to escorting the VN fans to the MRT nearby...

Quan An Ngoh = Newton Circle in SG...guess is a good makan experience in hcmc. I still miss those road-side food stall and Cơm Tấm makan place.
