first trip want to take train ya, scared you buay tan han......
even i go so often i take one time train to nha trang, sleep over night , bed is too short for 1.8m tall and above people, train rock a lot ....
if you take normal sit, machim like china train people go back to hown town smelly and rude old vietnamese people a lot any how sit no according to their seat number , air their smelly leg etc..... just my 2 cents in case you buay tan han

i think most people will be too impatient to brew coffee vietnamese way hehehehe ... nespresso way too convenient & hassle free

that said, vietnamese are stronger & most seems impart nice that moka aroma.

if you want fine coffee look for 100% arabica beans. for stronger & bitter brew look for blend of arabica & robusta beans

or you may like to try their culi arabica or culi robusta ... nice taste
