yup I saw... Able to go in the day and back in the evening? how to go there ah? you booked a day tour or??

least 2hrs to travel 1 way from hcm.
Better to stay 1 night if not in a hurry.
Otherwise might as well skip the place.

bro, are you familiar with the HCM domestic terminal?

as my domestic flight is 12.40pm, so have to check in say before 11am.
after that, where can I go for lunch? otherwise reach nha trang /hotel will be 2-3pm
there are 2 young kids .....

1. There is a cafeteria inside the domestic terminal but cannot recall are they selling "lunch" kinda food. Last visit was Jan 2018.

2. Or, say we check in luggage before 11am and got our boarding pass, can we go out of the terminal for food since all the restaurants are outside.

3. other options? like buy fast food go thru custom check? =:p

thanks

Let me try to help you out.

You can check in latest 1 hour before flight, though it's always good to be slightly early. 90 mins will be okay.
Domestic flights usually will be delayed. Be prepared. Sometimes for a few hours.
As for food, just opposite the domestic airport, there is McDonald's, Starbucks and vietnamese food. Watch out for the traffic. Make sure you hold your kids!
Next to domestic airport, about 100m walk, is the international airport. At the level 1, there is burger king, at far end there is popeye. The middle would be some Vietnamese cafe. If you take the elevator to level 2 departure hall, there is Domino pizza outside. Level 3 is another vietnamese cafe.
The McDonald's opposite would be your best option.

Whatever you do, would not recommend checking in super early, because HCMC domestic terminal airside got very limited eating options. There is a Big Bowl (expensive pho) right after security. I think go further in (past Nike, all the way to the end) got some cafes but nothing great.

Will be taking Vietnam air, which to me is the best domestic among the 3 :D. So far no delay. Vietjet or jetstar probably have to bare with the noisy and ill-manner viets. Surprisingly viet passengers taking vietnam air kinda better behave ..more civilized... that's my impression after 10 domestic flights over few years.

Possible to check in luggage and get boarding pass first then go for quick lunch near domestic terminal before going back to clear custom an hour before flight time? :D

Anyway.... You have some time on hand... Walk about 5-10mins to Parkson mall

The shop houses just behind going up to the flyover roadbridge have tons of food options

Pay a little bit and check out the domestic lounge

For me....since I travel frequently via domestic as well.
Surprisingly, I get more ill-mannered passengers on VN air.

Or maybe it's just me... I always ask for window seats, so I really don't care lolx
I always choose to be the last few to board..

Last weekend tried to send money using western union online... Big mistake. May end up reporting police to recover my test water $100 :s13:. FAST to their account but their status now still showing in progress. They claim money haven't reach their dbs account, pending my bank to release the amount, can be up to 14 days...smlj!!. Seriously doubt their helpdesk ability. Now just have to wait a couple of days for bank to check and see if someone will own up.

Looking for seafood and great food without getting ripped off.

Would like to do water sports like snorkeling ,etc.

Romantic place couple and must visit place of interest in Nha Trang.

A good clean spa massage for both of us

I know I can do a search on internet, but info provided here is 10 times better than I search.

Thanks in advance

Cheers
