The article did not suggest they do not have APEC lanes.

Anyone has update on the HCM Immigration queue like to-date. I have outbound SIN-SGN in Aug 2023 from 0945 arriving HCM 1055, then leaving to PQC at 1430 on the same day. Worried if there is delay in HCM, before going to the Domestic terminal to catch flight to PQC departing at 1430. ?

Yup it seems so.

Which was why i was trying to ask because in the APEC website it indicate Hanoi, HCMC have ABTC lanes. Haven't been to Vietnam since covid, back in 2019 went Hanoi and HCMC the queue were relatively short so i didn't recall trying to look for ABTC lane.

Came back from Hanoi Bai Noi weeks back, kinda recall there was an APEC Lane.

there is ABTC lane in TSN airport. left most counter beside the air crew lanes.
immigration now adays abit crazy. sometimes is empty sometimes its jam like f.
if u have more then 3 hours should be okay.

Yes. Both Noi Bai international airport and TSN international airport have the ABTC/APEC lane.

iirc for Noi Bai arrival is somewhere a bit off center, while TSN arrival is on the 3rd most left counter
For Departure, Noi Bai is somewhere in the middle, while TSN departure is on the right, together with VNAir Lotus Miles

I am thinking whether there are good places to drop second hand clothes to donate. Often, I have a 30kg luggage allowance but only use 20 kg for the flight to Vietnam. I can take some second hand clothes to donate, I am sure the Vietnamese appreciate them better than Singaporeans.
