View itunes backup on Windows 8.1

Hi All,

Helping someone who backup iphone pictures and videos to Windows 8.1 PC. The hard disk is running out of space.
1. He wants to view and store the pictures and videos to an external hard drive.
Cok iTunes Backup Extractor - freeware.

2. Remove the itunes backup from his PC.
Use iTunes to remove the backup files. Just Google it.
