I haven't had any emails or follow up after signing up. Should I call in to check on the status?

THIS! THIS RIGHT HERE!

This is the reason why I SWEAR by ViewQwest! I mean, I haven't been able to check my connection to Destiny yet but the fact that you guys care! Man, that's real, tangible value-add, right there!

Apologies for my numerous emails to your tech-team on this - I was getting impatient, lol.

Thanks guys! 110%, every single time!

Oh, and Andr3w, it's worth checking out if you have a PS3/4 or X360/Xbone. DLC happening next Tuesday (The Dark Below). It's more FPS with some RPG and MMO components (like 70/20/10).

Andr3w, I'm happy to say that you guys ROCK! Got home and tested everything to be fine. Great tech support!!

Hmm AFTV Prime, Netflix, Hulu and side loaded BBC/PPTV/etc. Also work fine via FVPN

This issue was caused by one of our transit providers suddenly filtering our IP ranges… rectified after some unpleasant emails back and forth with them.

Anyway, where can I get the game on sale? :p

Does Freedom VPN also allow access to the Amazon Kindle store (as in purchasing books)?

I know it does for Prime Instant Videos.

thanks!

Must understand its manpower limitation ma. they come down do home consultation, setup of router etc, ensure all devices work before they go, rather than just plug everything, leave you there to pray, literally plug and pray.

Thus the limited number of jobs per day..and also to consider since from my end I encounter rather high rate of NLT suddenly horse behind cannon, say the order is completed, then next day go down fix again cause patch wrongly etc...

Just 4 connections to US server getting speeds @ 180Mbps. Not bad :D

Pretty sure this is impossible with any other ISP...

Hi guys, I will have limited access to Internet for the next 2 weeks and haven't been on my laptop for a while now.

If you have yet to get a response to your PMs I highly recommend PMing NicBlais or using these official venues:
Phone hotline: 6723 8100 (tech support 24x7x365, CS and sales daily 9a-6p including weekends, billing weekdays 9a-6p)
Email:
- noc@viewqwest.com for tech support
- sales@viewqwest.com for new signups and recontract enquiries
- cs@viewqwest.com for non-tech issues and general enquiries eg about subscription/contract, schedules, appointments)
- billing@viewqwest.com (self explanatory)
- forum@viewqwest.com if you need your new forum account to be tagged as a customer to access more sections

Yeah just some ways to get heard as composing PM replies on a mobile phone gets quite iffy

Wanna ask a somewhat stupid question. Lets says im on the 24th month of my contract. My billing starts on the 3rd and i have already paid up on the 6th by GIRO. If on the 25th i decides to end contract, am i still liable to pay for the termination fee? or die die must wait till 2nd of next mth?
