your company should've asked for a confirmation to subscribe after the trial ends, and not billing it automatically.

Okay, thanks. Unfortunately, I found out from Singtel that my contracts ends 24 July and not 24 April. So I have to wait a little longer before going down to the showroom.

Btw, you might want to have the contact details and opening hours of the showroom and experience booth on the website.

Thanks for the suggestion! Had put it under customer service here Contact | ViewQwest Pte Ltd but i can see how that can be a little confusing. Will change it up

anyone having problems with their freedom vpn access now?

bbc iPlayer application on ViewQwest TV is broken.

Live TV no longer works on legacy versions.
Latest version shows error message and effectively disables the iPlayer application.

BBC iPlayer version: 3.3.1.2
BBC Media Player version: 2.2.1

Ticket raised a few minutes ago.

Same issue encountered on Feb 13 2014, looks like it's broken again...

I called your helpdesk tonight again as you have not replied.

Using the previous version of mytv 3.0.5 for live HD Jade, the broadcast is live but with the upgraded 3.0.6, the same broadcast is 1/2 hour delayed.

I checked with TVB and the replied below was no abnormal observed.

I can only think is the pointing of the server by your HK counterpart that has not update TVB changes.

Can you please check and let me know as when TVB stopped supporting 3.0.5 and I will be affected.

It has been 3 weeks since I have brought this matter to your attention.

Solved it! Under advanced settings i set "Direct clients to redirect Internet traffic", "Respond to DNS" and "Advertise DNS to clients" to YES, and it works.

VQ have set up the Asus router for me.
I set up VPN server using OpenVPN, used my iphone on cellar internet to download the VPN profile and connect successfully. I'm able to surf but i'm unable to go into netflix still. What did i do wrong?

Can any kind guru provide screen shots on the settings for OpenVPN on Asus N66?

Am on 300Mbps plan and using the Zhone as modem and router in the living room..

Living Room Speed --> ~60Mbps down/up on laptop wireless connection
Study Room Speed --> ~25Mbps down/~30Mbps up on Engenius EUB9603H (N150) adaptor...

If I use my old DLink DIR655 as the router instead, will my wireless performance be better at both locations?

Currently the study room speed bottleneck should be at 150Mbps if change to use the DIR655?
