If you want to buy... better call them to see if they have stock.

Their qoo10 page is desync from their stock quantities... they got massive backlog of orders to fulfill especially from the last round of Zotac 1060.
I ordered from them on 4th June for the zotac 1060 3gb mini... and to date I haven't received it. Go down find them, they tell me no stock and don't know when will have stocks. Ask them i can change for other stuff with top up with necessary, they tell me need to ask boss and their boss is overseas.... really roll eyes.

Oh ya... the store attendees are PRC so can't really do much and they wouldn't sympathise with you

Videopro is not Vii PC Trade (VGS). Though videopro's showroom is their neighbour...

VGS is run by PRC, boss also PRC.

A lot of vgs items are listed with 200 quantity.

If there is a mining craze and their boss happen to be overseas and if only he has the qoo10 account access, there will be a problem cancelling or refunding the order. Potentially oversold and cannot cancel.

Bought from vii before, no issue with them. All the computer stuffs listed on qoo10, not just with vii but all shops, need to contact them to check for stock. Like what Milo-Dino have said, the physical stock and qoo10 stock don't tele.

Unlike lazada, what you see is what you can buy, never encounter no stock issue.

You never encounter before doesnt mean it never happens on lazada. You can go see the lazada thread. Recently during the GSS lazada sale there was quite a few cases of order getting cancelled by sellers due to OOS. Only difference between lazada and qoo10 is that lazada is more stringent at penalizing sellers for non-fulfillment of orders.

Pretty much applies to all of the sls shops listed on qoo10. Take Techdeals for example. They are a small back alley shop but they have almost 3000 items listed on qoo10. One time i ordered a cryorig cpu cooler from them and when i went down to collect on the same day, the ah nei boss said no stock. When i said i want to cancel my order, he lan lan went to other shops to "borrow" stock. Goes to show some shops may not physically stock the items. They only collect the quantity needed from warehouse or suppliers when orders come through.

VII no issue with them. My rig almost everything bought from them. Indeed they are PRC. But their pricing are good and comparable to MAMA shop AKA Tradepac. Tell them the price you had gotten from other shops and if can they will match the pricing.

Had bought the following from them.

ASUS Maximus IX Formula
Intel i7 7700K
G SKILL Trident Z RGB kit
ASUS Strix 1080TI
Phanteks Evolv ATX
ASUS HB SLI Bridge

So far the prices they gave are very good and competitive. I would urge u go down purchase directly from them
