If singaporeans going there for holiday... Don't need travel visa. Unless you are going there for business, then apply for business viaa

going to indonesia, check the indonesia embassy website

Yogyakarta confirm no need Visa for Singapore.

Anyway Singapore to Cebu also no need.

If you are Singaporean, no need for both countries, unless you are going to be there for at least several months.
