Visa run to Malaysia

I know singaporean can go malaysia 30 days visa free

Anybody knows if can exit and enter every 30 days for long term? Will the immigration catch u? Can u just say u visiting relative?

Most countries frown upon visa-runs, and there is a good chance you may be denied entry after a few runs. I would not count on being allowed in indefinitely. Just a quick google will confirm this is the case for Malaysia.

Why not just apply for the proper visa?

Is it a Singaporean or Malaysian doing the visa-run? If you are holder of another passport, you may have to show proof of onward ticket or finances to even cross to Malaysia for the first visit.
