so it's all approved and i dont need to do anything? do i need to print out from any website and insert into passport?

just print those particulars "that I had highlighed in BOLD" in the email and attach to your passport.

This print-out is purely for your own information.

Immigration Officers (on both sides of the Airports) will not look at the PRINT-OUT.
All your Information are STORED in the Immigration System.

Australia Visa (ETA) are tagged to your PASSPORT Numbers.

Once you change a NEW passport, you have to apply for a NEW ETA
