Thank you so much Miss Kang! I was initially was feeling a little sceptical, thinking this might not be the "official" way, and that it could not possibly be free, but it turned out to be the case and we got ours visas at no cost and with absolutely ZERO hassle

Just want to contribute some latest info here.
At the very first few pages of this thread, somebody was saying that we can apply for visa or ETA with Singapore Airlines (if we fly with SQ) for free or cheaper than standard rate. This may be true back then, but not anymore now.
I asked SIA office in Changi Airport, their ETA submission fee is S$50 , and they don't accept visa application (non-ETA) - don't bother about cheaper fee
So I ended up doing my ETA with JA Travel, S$10 each. Somehow most of other travel agents that I asked are currently charging S$20.
Hope this info is useful for those who are not eligible to use Ms Kang's service here

Similarly to many , i was wondering if this was an hoax. But after reading all the reviews, i decided to give it a try since it will be no harm as payment was made after visa has been approved.

As today is a Saturday, i thought i will only get a reply on the next working day (Monday). However, that's not the case. From emailing Ms Kang to visa approval, all it took was less than 12 hours.

Being cheaper and having someone to apply the visa for you, i don't see why i will not recommend to all my friends for her service.

Response was fast! So you are kept in the loop so that you dont need to worry if it is already done or not.

No airlines can apply for visa, except for the Australian Eta. And only becos eta is electronic thus whoever has the gds can apply for it. Non Eta isn't electronic thus only the high comm /embassy can process applications.

There is a charge for every application charged by the gds which is why most airlines and agencies charge a service email fee. Every application processed is logged onto the system so the agency/company can check if they want to.

Well, I'm just referring to one of the early posts of this thread that says:

Since it's $75, I assume it's talking about non-ETA visa. I may be wrong, though

Most of the Airlines at changi airport are charging between usd50 to usd75 per person for ETA Visa.
For those non ETA passport, they must go thru VFSGLOBAL to apply. Cannot do it at airport.
