Thanks Ms Kang,
It was quick and approved on the same day.
As I am confused over the need to print the VISA confirmation
since it was not required last year when I applied through her.
Nevertheless, she replied to my queries promptly (all within the same day).
Cheers.
Actually, there is not a need to print the VISA confirmation.

All information are stored in the immigration system.
But becos, many forumers applied the Visa on behalf of someone else.
Thus, the travellers (relative/friend/parents) may not have any access to the VISA confirmation that we had email to you.
Thats why we insist all travellers to print out a copy of the e-VISA and attach to their passport in case of any dispute at check-in counter.
There are many other reasons when counter cant find yr VISA in the immigration system
Example :
A) Australia immigration did not capture yr last exit from Australia.
Two cases happened last month. Both applicants are from SAF who went there for reservist.
B) You have another valid VISA on yr OLD passport
C) You are holding a working VISA in Australia (Example : Airlines crew/pilot)
D) etc....
