Got my visas within an hour tonight! Very fast and reliable, and I made a mistake in providing the details and have to apply the visa for one family member again but was waived the extra charges and hence highly recommended!!

that is becos the VISA info you gave us are wrong...
hence there is a delay on your Visa application.

You email us over the weekend on 26Mar (Saturday) @ 1044hrs (am).
We still managed to get all the Visa approval on 28Mar (Monday) @ 1049hrs (am)

any applicants who gave us wrong information will have their visa delay.
