Yah i should trust them. Just my own problem, i like to confirm thing myself or else i feel insecure

I mean the reference number to check ETA on their website.

There is no such reference number and checking service on the Aussie website. Go down to the agency, sit down in front of their system, key in your passport details, etc and see for yourself on the screen if the visa is valid.
