Yes, Singaporeans must apply eta/visa.

ETA & Visa are actually the SAME thing.
Cos not many people understand what is called "ETA".
Using the simplest term "Visa" would be easier to understand.

ETA : Electronics Travel Authority.

NO. No one needs to pay for the ETA/Visa. Agencies charge a service fee though for the application.

Yes, every Singapore passport holder must apply for a Australia Visa.
Unless they are holding Australia PR.

If your infant is holding Australia or NZ passport, no need.
