Hello Ms Kang,

Sorry to ask these questions again.

- from what I read, you are able to help visitors to Australia to handle their visa application?
YES

- How long would it take if seeking your help to get visa to Australia for a group?
Each applicant takes 1-2mins to apply

- Example if we are leaving for Australia in June, by when should we submit our application?
You can apply the VISA anytime, even on the day of departure. (Provided it can get approval). Apply 3-4 weeks before departure would be ideal. In case of any VISA rejection, it could takes 7-14days to apply personally at the Australia Visa Centre.

- Is there any notification to inform the visa application is successful or not?
Yes, there is a e-VISA confirmation slip. You can cross-check the VISA details at the Australia High Comm Website to check the Visa authentication.

- Would there be any fees incurred?
1st & 2nd VISA are FREE (for HWZ members who meet our Free Visa requirement).
3rd Visa onwards is at S$7 per pax
