Yes. I don't even know why we are so bad. Bcrs isn't going to help as well. The machine & moving the cans probably more carbon than the recycling save

Add to the fact we don't even produce anything. At most refine oil and distill water
I think probably the carbon emissions from the transportation of imported goods count towards our quota

Must be the reason to mandate charging more for bags and dabao

Welcome to 50 cents plastic bag, $2 boxes, and $15 premium bag that are not plastic in near future

but it doesnt change the fact that whatever we do, it's not gonna have any significant impact since our carbon emission is way too low compared to other countries'
lets say we cut down by 20%, it becomes 0.08% of the entire world, doesnt make any difference at all.
if everyone behaves or think like this, thats why no one is taking accountability.

like the indonesia peatland clearing. " i am just one company with these size of land". and what happens if all companies behave the same?

dont forget whatever your consumptions, are produced by the other countries contributing more in totality on the GHG.

again, even if we lower carbon footprint by 20%, it doesnt change anything on the world scale

those big countries that have to reduce theirs

We are just ikan bilis that has no effect on the world's pollution at all.

The other countries are not gonna care whether our govt impose those plastic bag charges, bottle charges and all that.
Just because our govt impose these measure, it doesnt mean other countries will follow.
