Just had my laptop serviced from vital computer. Really good experience. Recommend them.

Previously went to funan laptop general hospital, bad experience with them. Ordered replacement keyboard, turns out they ordered the wrong keyboard with different connector not once BUT TWICE. Then in the end tell me their supplier no stock cant do anything and left me with a ripped out keyboard which couldn't work. :s22:

Hmm... for my relative's HP laptop LCD replacement, they forcefully ripped off the plastic plate above the keyboard, deforming it permanently. A corner now points up and is no longer flush with the rest of the laptop. They should have used plastic openers and been more careful like how the iFixit website guys do their job - if I condoned brute force I would have fixed it myself.

The matte screen also came back glossy, something that they did not inform us beforehand.

Good points are a good choice of spare parts, reasonable prices and fast turnaround time (~1.5hrs).
