The South Korean horror film grossed $85 million overseas

The horror film broke a number of South Korean film records when it was released in 2016, including being the first film to have the highest single day gross. San-ho Yeon’s film was also the first movie of the year in Korea to attract 10,000,000 to the box office.

Horror aficionado James Wan, who directed films in the Conjuring, Saw and Insidious franchises will produce the Train To Busan remake.

Gary Duberman, who wrote Annabelle and The Nun, will write the script for the South Korean movie remake. Duberman is also working on a sequel to 2017’s It, having written the script with the first one.

Earlier this year, Wan confirmed that Fresh Off The Boat star Randall Park would play a key character in the upcoming live-action Aquaman film he is directing.

mai lah STI is still negative trend cos of the tariff spat between USA and Prc so it is better to be on the sidelines

I hope they didn’t go poem yesterday to remind them of this memory lane also, indirectly implying it will dip to $0.20 (20% dip) and lol at those faithful mm2 supporter who took the ipo at high historical valuation. If they really think will dip 20%, they should have list it at $0.20
