Singapore, 11 February 2019 - Vividthree Holdings Ltd. (SGX: OMK), a virtual reality (“VR”),
visual effects and computer-generated imagery production studio (“Vividthree”, the “Company” or
the “Group”) today announced its financial results for its three months ended 31 December 2018
(“3QFY2019”).

The Group’s revenue and gross profit in 3QFY2019 increased by 29.4% and 15.5% to S$2.8 million
and S$2.0 million respectively, mainly due to higher contribution from its Content Production
services as Vividthree delivered its first Train to Busan Virtual Reality (“TTB VR”) tour set in Beijing,
China and recognition of the territorial rights fees for its TTB VR tour set.

if no IPO expenses net profit should be higher.
