Go to camera more settings> camera control button > press lightly and hold to lock parameters > yours should be none select the second option to focus and lock exposure.
It's alrdy set to on. So I guess I must press lightly once to lock it in place. I usually don't and the EV just moves once I remove my finger. Based on what u said, it's meant to be that way.

But if that's the case, it seems to be a bug koz the numerical focus values stays where I set it but on the screen the view itself changes back. If the view changes back, the numerical value beside the button should also change back.

Weird, coz mine stays there after I adjust the exposure. Maybe I go test other settings to see if I can replicate your issue.

Hi

Anyone knows how to turn off work profile easily?
I have to go to user account setting to turn it off each time.

Xiaomi phone allowed me to turn it off from the app drawer directly.

Thanks

another little quirk ... under drawer mode on your shortcut main screen if you have 2 or more panel ... when you press to make it "home" , its always to the left most panel.

yesterday evening went to shoot some outdoor performance ... the tele doesn't seem to be able to go faster then 1/100 which is quite slow to get action shots. iso up about 1300 still didn;t look too noisy ....

really wish raw mode tele is something in the works ... :(

tried some low iso, faster shutter raw shots ... adjust the EV in snapseed and was pretty noisy by the time it got to +2 .... more tries i guess to find the sweet spot between shooting setting and post editing.

Buy from shopee easier. Now x200p should be quite reasonably priced too.

I got mine 1tb x200p at around 1.1k during the early days. X200u can get for 1.2k+ during shopee sale..
I see thanks for sharing. Is that the international or China version?

Lol .... for travel , bus or commute, it doesnt need to confirm via google wallet
https://support.google.com/wallet/answer/12059518?hl=en

Basically, any other payments, needs to scan your Jiaobin and or finger

the only issue the NFC area very odd for buses, which sometimes cant read.

no need sia. just now i try also. screen not on also can tap in/out ..

i think i also tried it when i buy mcd ... cant rmb for sure ... need to try again ..

dangerous sia , screen not on also can make payment. i double check my gpay setting , there say i set unlock to pay liao

Eh changed liao? I go try tmr. This one could be a good thing for me lol. Payment I tried if no unlock can't tap..maybe I try for both transit and payment for food tmr

I have same issues for NFC at buses or mrt. Sometimes it doesn't register no matter how many times i tap at the reader. Kena all the tsks from the aunties behind.

Happens to both my x100u and x200p. So i always bring my physical card just in case.

I did notice a few times bus/mrt terminal cant detect my gpay, I just changed to the other terminal works. Not sure if it's a china rom thingy or some terminals are just not compatible lol.

Interesting read :

Summary for getting best photos

This text is describing a strategy for achieving the best image quality when cropping photos, particularly on cameras that offer different sensor sizes or cropping options. Here's a breakdown of what it means:
* Cropping and Upscaling: When you "crop" an image, you're essentially taking a smaller section of the original picture. Sometimes, if you crop too much, the camera or software might "upscale" the image (stretch it to a larger resolution), which can make it look blurry or pixelated because it's creating information that wasn't there originally.
* Native Crop: A "native crop" means that the cropped image is taken directly from the sensor without any upscaling. This results in the best possible image quality for that particular crop, as it's using the true resolution of the sensor.
* The Rule Explained: The text suggests a specific doubling rule for optimal cropping:
* 14mm sensor: To get a high-quality 12MP crop from a 50MP sensor, use the 28mm setting. This implies that the 28mm setting on this particular camera effectively crops the 14mm sensor in a way that aligns with its native resolution, avoiding upscaling.
* 35mm sensor: For the best results, use a 70mm crop.
* 85mm sensor: For the best results, use a 170mm crop.
* 345mm crop: The text implies the same doubling logic applies here for good results.
In essence, the advice is:
When using a camera with multiple sensor sizes or crop modes, doubling the sensor size (e.g., 14mm to 28mm, 35mm to 70mm) seems to be the sweet spot for achieving a native, high-quality crop without the image degradation that comes from upscaling. This suggests that these specific doubled focal lengths correspond to a true 1:1 pixel crop from the sensor at that particular resolution, resulting in sharper and more detaile
d images.
