never use parallel before, but vmware fusion instead. it works like charm. no complaint from me.

Had never used Parallels before, all these while I'm using VMware Fusion Pro.

I am more inclined towards VMware Fusion as it has better support for Windows 98SE (I need to run an old accounting package) than Parallels. I remember trying Parallels a few years back and disk I/O in Windows 98SE VM was excruciating slow.

VM fusion performance is better than parallel. But veertu there's no benchmark or anything.

Veertu does not support bridge network and it's features is quite limited. If cost is the issue you might want to consider VirtualBox it's free.

I personally prefers VMware Fusion and it's licensing terms is more friendly and allows multiple installations on Macs within the same household.

I never had any problems with VMware Fusion or Workstation since day one.

I just bought a new imac replacing my old 5 years old imac. Apparently boot camp doesn't support my old windows 7. What should I do, buy a new windows or use VM fusion which support window 7 ? How much does VM Fusion cost ?

I have been using boot camp so not familiar with VM Fusion.

Thank you I got an old parallel too but doesn't like it thus did not use it.
