Hi, I've just POP from BMT. It quite upsetting to see my vocation as I was not posted to SISPEC. Anyone used to be/currently a driver from Selarang Camp? How's life there? Any tips to give?

Best is subjective. But driver can get driving license if meet a certain criteria. but also higher chance kena db

there is also a military-civilian chauffeur type that brings VIPs especially foreign delegates

bored if you are operating like a feeder service such as the one in tekong, by driving platoons from coy line to range

or, you might get inside-news if you are deployed to a sensitive unit

it just takes more to be a driver.

Yes, I am. I'm going to be a driver for the rest of my ns and reservice life.

Most likely u've got a class 3 licence and so u'll still learn how to drive class 4 vehicles?

Yeah definitely not. Just happened that CrowsZero already has his Class 3 licence but got posted as a driver, so he sees no incentive compared to TS who may get a free Class 3 licence if everything goes well.
