just to give TS some info, the ippt standards for CDO to pass/sliver/gold is higher than normal and guards, so TS better maintain his fitness now and then should he become a CDO.

Reservist cycle for CDO is 5 years compared to normal's 10 cycles, and of course the ippt standard still remain high the same.

I don't think maintain is the right word to use for TS given that TS said he can't even pass NAPFA now.
