Volume icon bug

I noticed play game or while talk adjust the volume than exit go home screen adjust voulme cannot c the icon !

Reset the phone back to normal while adjust volume can see the icon
But when play game adjust than back meddle around
Press volume button cannot c the icon

I'm having problems with the volume button too when makings calls. Any bros here on 8.1.3?
