Find some HDD from somewhere
Order ITX casing from China = Less than $100

Less than $400 total

Cannot compare like that.
That one SGD$300 got 128GB SSD got Win10.
And Sibei Low Power at 10W.
Also sibei small and portable.

Alternative would be the USD$99 Kangaroo PC.

I saw a review on this on Anandtech. The specs is pretty decent, and is quite a looker to be honest.
