VPN issues with Office 2013

Hi, anyone using astrill or other vpn client have this issue with Office 2013? after using the software a while it will suddenly go not responding. happens for word, powerpoint and outlook. Once I uninstall the client the software works again. Thanks in advance if anyone have a solution to this.

I use astrill VPN , don't have problem with office 2013 .

i discovered the issue is with the Openvpn. once i use the Openvpn option and activate the Astrill SSL VPN adapter, the next time i restarted my com the account option for my office application will be having error/ after i use any office app awhile it will turn not responding. once i uninstall the client and restart, or i only use the openweb option the problem will resolve. strange.
