If I want to ship something from Amazon, like a kindle, do I need to use comgateway? Can I just use Amazon shipping? What advantages do I have if I use comgateway?

Some product amazon can provide you with international shipping and some don't. No difference but if Amazon can provide than it will be cheaper.

Does ezbuy/daigou open your packages when I have selected no repack for packaging forwarding (ship-for-me)? Because they did for mine, and it's the first time my package was opened when using a forwarder (and not opened by customs).

Dear All,

First time using Gshipexpress and I think I'm already having bad experience here.
I bought something from UK website and the delivery was attempted twice by Royal Mail which I got an email from with tracking. I have sent Gship 2 emails since last Wednesday and Thursday.
Tried calling their UK side multiple times during their working hours but nobody picks it up.
Am I screwed?
Let me know what course of action can I take from here.

FYI everytime you send Gship a enquiry the automated message would tell you they will get back to you on the next business day. That's not true at all.

Vposts volumetric charges from us to Sg is a joke. Bought an item from us costing 58 and shipping alone cost $99. Better still call up to ask for repacking service but was denialed. NB bloody heart pain to pay so much more for shipping ... And at the mercy of this forwarder ... Haiz

kindle have to use forwarder. i just bought and ship via hopshopgo.
paid about s$26. including a case.

1) Currently is it only 65Daigou support Abercrombie purchase?

2) Does Superdry have the same policy as Abercrombie ( As in wont ship to forwarder)
Or can we use just purchase directly and ship to forwarding company?

1) I know gshipexpress can support abercrombie. 65daigou never try before.
i heard some comment that they charge additional fee for ordering abercrombie.

2) If it does not ship to forwarder. Most probably you need some company to buy on your behalf.

so far, using their USA and UK. No issue for me so far.
Quite happy with their services so far. FREE repacking.. wohoo.

Did you put the address correctly?

There was one time when I put address wrongly, presuming the zip code would find the warehouse location. But that not true.
They still need the full detail address to deliver.
(Also remember to put the GSHIP ID on the shipping address course i forget to put it).

Ended up the package was delivered elsewhere and GSHIP had to retrieve my package. So overall quite happy.

Good luck, tried 65daigou once and never use their services again.
Receiving the package at warehouse is terribly slow and even lost 1 of my package. Compensation is even taking super long.

Although their price is cheap but service and reliability is not there.
I still perfer gshipexpress over 65daigou.

Hi all.. I am trying to ship my items via vpost.. But when i am tryin to make payment using my credit card, it says "invalid credit card information".. I have tried many cards.. Always the same problem.. Does anyone know of a way to resolve it?

I am using local sg credit cards, already logged this issue wiith vpost cs.. But if anyone has faced this and able to resolve it, ur help will be appreciated.. Thanks in advance..

I have the same problem. It was signed for by vPost Europe on 30 June 2016 and still waiting for it to be updated for me to make payment.
