Hi guys, I am trying to buy a tablet case from amazon, how much will the shipping fee roughly cost (both Vpost and Comgateway)? Does Comgateway charge by KG? I'm very new to this. Thanks.

comGateway charges in 0.5kg blocks (USD11 for 1st kg, USD2.85 for each subsequent one). Tablet cases generally weigh about 0.5 - 1kg in shipping weight, depending on product packaging.

Final Shipping fee thus costs about USD12 - USD16, including fuel surcharge and insurance (0.65% of shipping cost and Cost of Goods).

Example: if tablet case costs USD20, and weighs 0.5kg
Shipping = USD11 + Fuel Surcharge(12% of USD11) = USD12.32
Insurance = 0.65% x (USD12.32 + USD20) = USD0.21
Final cost = USD12.53

Fuel Surcharge is determined by the U.S. Department of Energy.
GST may apply if your tablet case exceeds SGD400 in value.

yea I hope I can, but I don't think it's available locally since it's a casing for a china tablet.

Yup, it's reliable! And free shipping. Used to buy iphone 4/Galaxy Note cases and accessories from them back in 2012.
They might not be fast.. maybe 1-2 weeks? But to me it's acceptable. Their CS is also quite okay. Will respond :)
Then I switched to iPhone 5.... then I nv buy alr.. because they didn't have as much variety as gmarket/qoo10

rakuten - can use Tenso! haha sometimes got intl shipping promo. Tenso works like CGW/Blinx

Thanks! I bought my tablet from gmarket but they don't sell casing for this model. Tried to buy the same casing from Aliexpress but I think I either got scammed or the package is lost during shipment, nothing has been delivered to me yet. Can't seem to find the same casing on focalprice though, but thanks for the site, will try it the next time!

HI CGW!

Wanna ask how am i charged if i wanna ship a pair of boots back. i bought a pair of boots from eBay. i got no idea how big e box gonna be but weight wise it should be ard 2kg. item cost USD $143.00.

can you provide a more accurate calculations for me?

Thanks comGateway. Toyrus.com US and Lego.com US prices are roughly the same. So it's not advisable to get smaller items? I have difficulty in getting volumetric and weights calculation.

focalprice, dx.com are quite reputable though I have only tried dx.com so far. one more up and coming is obostore as it is used quite often by the hwz members here.

Judging in term of weights calculation, ComGateWay seem to be cheaper than Borderlinx. Or I need to take into other factors for consideration?
