Chef ish overrated. Truth ish pple donch really care about quality of food sho long as it's not too bad.

Pple pay for fine dining, what they are paying for ish the experience. Quality of foot ish very little to do with it.

Donch believe, chiu see sho many fine dining close down or do badly during covid. Reason ish if pple cannot sit and eat to experience the experience, but can only order takeaway or order and eat ousai, then food quality ish isolated as the only variable under test.

And the fine dining ish fail the test.
