Wacom Tablet in Windows

Can a Bluetooth Intuos tablet connect via USB instead of Bluetooth? I used to have an old Bamboo tablet that worked with my Windows 7 without needing any drivers. Can the Intuos work with Windows 11 with basic functionality without installing the Wacom driver?
