Booked Qistina express from kuala lumpur to Singapore, beach road on the 1st of April. When we arrived, we waited 1 hr to be informed that the bus was delayed for 4 hrs. Original departure timing was 1545, finally the bus came at 2000. Poor management As we should be informed earlier if there is any delay. Hope you take further measures to prevent this from occuring in the future.
