Waive off early recontract fee

I'm using Starhub. Is it possible to ask them waive off the early recontract fee? I've been using this number for 6 yrs and been paying my bills promptly. Pls help!!

When was that and how u did that? Cos I'm changing from note 3 to iphone 6plus. They said need to pay extra $200 for early recontract.

Are you in a hurry to change to 6 plus because 6s plus coming soon? I don't think it's easy or possible to do so.
