Wall mount / bracket question

Hi, I just bought the LG47LS4600, and the LG people will be coming to help mount the TV on my wall. I believe the free mount provided should be a flat mount, but I am worried if it would be very difficult to maneuver wires behind thereafter. Do you all have any advice, and any recommendations for a fully articulating one instead? Also any recommendations on where to look for one e.g. Sanus one, and the rough price? Thanks!

I bought a LG tv and got the free mount. It's a fixed mount ..very simple..but it's hinged..so you can lift the tv up to do the connections..a lot of fiddling around cos you can't see the back of the tv..kinda regret..thinking of the sanus mount with arm extension.

its quite simple, Just remember to measure twice then drill.(to ensure its straight). I got mine from Best Denki, but I guess most major retail shops should have it

I already have a wall mount.im thnking of shfting 1 or 2 inch more to the right. If I drill a new holes beside the old ones, will the mounting structure be safe?

It's simple physics and common sense.

That depends on the strength of your wall, what material it is made of, the weight of the TV and the depth of the screws. Ask your installer and he will need the above info.

HI , I just bought a 42" LG TV in megatex. the promoter was saying that the box includes a wall mount bracket but I cant find any after opening the box.

I do not need the installation service as I will only use the wall mount bracket probably next year end.

Normally the bracket comes with TV set or I have to redeem from LG?

Most brackets don't come in the box. The installer brings it when they install. Talk to the person who sold the TV to you.

I just received the wall mount bracket from LG agent. it looked like a cheapo bracket if compare to the one given by samsung one.

I have a 42" Plasma LG TV mount on the wall. I remember seeing the mount as Universal mount somewhere.

If I were to get another 42" LED TV, are we able to use the same one ? I will move the plasma TV to elsewhere.

my tv cables (hdmi, power) will be coming out from the back of the tv. is tilting bracket enough for the cables behind, or do i have to get those like sanus full motion brackets to allow enough space for the cables?

get those L-shaped adapters for your cables..
