Piece of good news for Walton investors. Recently received exit offer for one of my Walton land that I held almost for 12 years. It is on the large parcel of land in Virginia "Alexander". The returns is projected to be about 2x for mine, so its ~9% pa of interest over capital. (non-compounded)
Now under share holders' voting stage & if no further issues, by end of 2023 for exit & ~2-3 mths to receive the returns. The buyer is within fortune 20 companies so higher confidence that it should exit.

This project was initially projected to exit ~2-4 years, so it took ~11 years to see the light, assuming no hiccups.
I still have other land w Walton & also ~11 years holding now.
So for those still waiting for an exit, dun despair. It is definitely not a scam company like many other shady ones promising very high interest returns of >20% pa.

Ontario parcel they have accepted to close deal at a loss. lol

An update that one of my Walton land partial exited currently in 2023, bought back in 2012 which back then they projected ~2-4 years to exit, so its 7 more years in actual.
From the computed gains that I received, it is ~9% pa returns. So it is not too bad.
Hopefully my other land will have potential to exit soon too.
Alexandra region land parcel is the land that is being offered & exited in this project.

Hi Devion, similarly I have one land waited for 10 years before receiving an exit offer recently, however it is partial. And it will be in phases. So by the time, the payout, it will take another 7 years. Now is just voting stage. I really wonder will really receive the returns anot.

So did you need to pay anymore amount upfront such as AAS and tax filing to Walton? Seems like if the returns are in phases, means need to pay AAS for few years? So do you apply U.S. or foreign Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) ?

Nope for mine it will be within next 2-3 months to receive the full payment for the exit. I did not need to pay anything upfront, all the admin cost will be deducted from the returns & remaining amount to be credited into my account. Yes need to apply for TIN & engage AAS with a fee to file for the tax returns, again this fee is paid from the returns amount.

How much tax returns will there be in general? My dad invested in this and he also recently had an exit offer. I'm trying to make sense of the whole thing...

Hi all,
I’m like many of you who bought Walton thinking that I will get my retune back early.

I waited and waited..
Crossing my fingers and hoping that it’s not a scam.

I purchase the units in year 2009 and just received my exit offer.
I have cast my vote with the intention to exit.
Option A.
May I ask how long will it take to receive back the amount?

I see that there is withholding tax. So does it means we will need to give pay the withholding tax?
Thank you.

Walton should be providing you when will u receive the payment amount. Mine exit was a few months later credited into bank. The withholding tax amount will also be released back but this need to wait couple more months later to receive.
My partial exit also got a final offer to exit 100%, so finally this investment is done, though a long delay than the stipulated exit period Walton initially projected.
Still holding on 2 more lands awaiting for exit......fingers cross will be in the near horizon.
Walton also offers short term financing of ~1 year with 10% returns, I did not take up.

Hello there,
I've invested in 2014, 2015 each, by an Indonesian agent, M and it was said 5-6 years maximum.
I haven't got it returned and very much worried and very angry.
Anyone facing situations like me ? Or, are they really return the investment?
I do not know why Gov. is doing nothing to this kind of organization that many complained.

Investments always come with risks. Unless they are selling you a product that is non existent, then u can sue them or even lodge a criminal case against them. Unless inside the contract it stated a 100% guaranteed returns within a fix period, all these are projections. IMO, Walton is not a scam company, they r legit, whether they are of a very sound investment, I think u have known the answer.
