Hai there i wanna know the reason about exempted.. Last few weeks i have just lost my left index finger, when i was repairing my bike.. Next year is my 3rd Reservist.. With my situation, can i get exempted for that ? I wanna know the answer..

exempted from reservist? Only the MO can tell you the answer... you go book medical review and present all the doctor's memos and the MO will advise you further.

call your unit, ask for a medical review appointment before your next reservist
(booking through NS portal will be too slow)
when you see the MO, bring along a specialist letter if possible.
you will most likely be scheduled for a medical board to determine a new PES. meanwhile try to get black-and-white from the MO to show the unit. if not possible, call back your unit, tell them you are pending medical board, please defer your reservist/cancel your callup.
wait for 1-2 months or even more to be notified of medical board appointment. sometimes you need not attend, because they will review your medical records.
check your new PES status on NS portal, you will also be notified by post. you may wait for 1-3 months for this.
your new PES will determine what you will be excused in future reservist ICT.
