Want to get a mid spec pc

I wanna get a new pc, mainly for gaming but I don't know where to start. My budget is $1500. So I thinking of customizing PC at Aftershockpc.com , is that a good idea? Mainly I want to play games like pubg at at least medium-high. Can anyone suggest any build within my budget? Exceed abit also can, just write the best build you can think of that is around this budget.

Why not find a trusted shop (e.g pc theme), tell them your budget and what system you want, they will help you. It's hard to buy items from all over the place. And in the end who is going to help you fix the pc ?

Very good recommendations, basically all the parts you recommended.

However I would go with the Nzxt H500 at $115 and the difference between the case can top up for a ryzen 5 2600x.

Please change the psu to superflower eco silver 600w. The Corsair low end like TX series are really not well built. And it is cheaper at $99. If dun have, can consider seasonic focus.

I don't think TX series has a gold rating. Maybe is a typo of TXM.

if dont mind going full atx instead of matx, can try b450 tomahawk, with CM MasterBox MB511 RGB (if need d bling) or MB510 (nice carbon look @ front panel, minus d bling). MB511 with better airflow. psu can consider seasonic evo (bronse) or focus (gold). SuperFlower Leadex is nice too.

I chose the fractal because of easy maintenance and high air-flow

To reduce budget further, I recommend sourcing 2nd hand casing. At times you could find some cheap yet good casing. I got a fractal design refine R5 for $50.

With the extra money you squeezed out, you can get a better thermal paste for your cooler.

For local purchase, you most likely to able to find cheaper deals, I just couldn't bother to spoonfeed everything.

Why choose local gpu/mb and not the cheaper oversea? RMA is troublesome for these two items, it is either big or heavy. PSU is heavy too but reliable, great majority of the time, they don't give you 10 years warranty for fun. Of course you could get the local PSU for like $10+ difference for a peace of mind incase you ever need to RMA.

CPU is international warranty, nothing to worry about.

Ram is hit and miss, great majority of the time is fine, just like psu, if you want a peace of mind, you could get local but it will be like $30-$50 bucks difference?
