Yeah. The fastest I have ever seen Forgeworld send my purchases to me. They are usually very slow.

Still thinking on the pose for my new XV9.

Here is some update on the second of 5 Sternguard Veterans that I am painting in Imperial Fists colours.

Sorry for the long delay between posts. Thought I should update this thread on what I have done so far.

After spending the better part of the week thinking of how to pose the battlesuit, I decided "What the hell" and just glued it all together. Well, just the body and the legs.

Yeah. The Tau XV9 Battlesuit is one of the best looking Tau battlesuit models ever produced by Forgeworld.

I have just removed it from the 40mm base and decided to go with the 60mm base that Forgeworld provided.

A little update on my first Sternguard Veteran. Did some freehand to apply the laurel to his helmet.

Fyi, the gaming/modeling community is open to anyone who are interested in 40k/Fantasy and even Flames of War held regularly once every month.

We hope to reach out to fellow players/hobbyists in SG to actively promote a different kind of hobby which consists of both gaming and modelling.
