Price is $1400 and above but the QC is worse then. $300 KDK fan. Got one and not even a week the motor in the fan is making lots of noise. Double cfm that the installation was ok took a ladder and observe it for 1 hour and realise sounds are coming out from the motor.

Totally not worth the price paid, I check with Two if my friends and they had issues with Haiku Fans. The Phylux sales folks were still so proud of it.

For that price you can buy 2 to 3 fan and just change to a new one every year. Also have a friend who bought haiku and regret it.

So was from Phylux? I saw the advertising on other forums and was thinking if I should get the ceiling fan for my house next year. After seeing your review here make me think twice now. But $1400 is exp leh.

I also got a Haiku fan from Phylux their authorised retailer. Ex and kept having sounds from their blades etc. Their DC motor was still ok. Very Jia lat should have just bought a KDK fan.

Better buy Japan quality solid motors.

Nowadays many fans made using cheap china lousy motors.
Very noisy and easily spoiled.
Maybe the copper coil is too thin and the resin insulator lousy quality.
Never burn and caught fire already very lucky
