So I decided to restore my 6s+ last night using my iPhone 6s+ iCloud backup and things did not turn out well. I itchy hand and regret it a lot!
1. it did not restore all of my SMS and call logs.
2. The camera roll is buggy. Latest photos will appear from the top rather than bottom.
3. Some apps installation (example Live Score) seems corrupted and you will have to redownload from the app store.
I tried this process a few times and a bit of googling shows that this iCloud problem isn't just happening to me.
Just a warning for u guys if you want to restore your iPhone using your iPhone 6s backup.
I think point number 1 is bad enough
I can confirm that is a 6s icloud backup problem since my phone restored normally using my iPhone 5s backup. (SMSes and call logs are there! )
So I effectively lost 1 month of SMSes and I cant find a way to restore the live photos into my camera roll
