hello , bought a iph 5 from a seller. wanna sent to service but dunno which carrier its from . How to check leh? iph cannot on.

go to any one of them, they will tell u, no this one is from m1, starhub, or singtel. not here.

Plaza Sing, 313, Comcentre, Paragon, all so near only.

Kind funny that u didn't chk with the reseller which service provider u getting from.
Beside, u can forget bring to any one of them, as they require to have recipt in order to change it for you.

on top of that, due to the name registered under the iphone warranty, you would need to get the letter of authorisation for services by the person who sold you the iPhone!

Did exchange three times. They didn't ask for receipt, also did an exchange for my mum's iPhone 5 recently, they didn't ask for letter of authorisation either. Where did you guys get those info?

see face one. sometimes i see that guy face, although got problem , also die die don't change for u. give u all sorts of reasons, u want complain, nah, my lanyard is here, u can take picture, copy name or what. go complain.

Just to add-on, bring along your phone and receipt (if still have).

For iPhone, Apple do not do repair in Singapore at all, only 1-1 exchange.

If you insist on iPhone repair, you should go to 3rd-party repair shop.

Just to share my experience of exchange 1-1 iPhone 5 set with Singtel
1. Visit Singtel comcenter at sommerset - Go to Technical Care at B1
2. Queue at the information center. Tell them your problem with the set. Don't need to provide NRIC/Contract etc cuz they can confirm it's indeed Singtel set using serial number
3.Take queue number from there
4. Wait your turn (about 10-15 mins depending on traffic)
5. At the exchange counter just give the technician the number u signed up e phone with and your email
6. Technician checked to verify problem is real + open up phone to check internal
7. If all ok technician brings a refurbished set to u ( no box/accessories)
8. U check, sign a form to acknowledge & leave

Overall good exchange experience

The number definitely needs to be his so u try to find that phone number again. But the email can be yours (for their record keeping)
