Has anyone encounter any warranty problem, I send my iPhone in for repair at QCD tradehub for 3 time since I bought it on the Feb 15,
1st time they told me liquid damage I have to pay $550 to replace it (Jun 15)
2nd time power issue they repair it for me free (Oct 15)
3rd time just recently (Dec 15) which is also power issue
But now they told me that my iPhone had been UNAUTHORIZED MODIFICATION before so the warranty was voided, it was just 2 months different from the 2nd time I send in for repair and it became UNAUTHORIZED MODIFICATION, so they will not be repairing my iPhone, on top of that I have to pay $140+ for the diagnose fee as stated on their invoice.
However I only send my phone over to QCD for any repair NO WHERE ELSE, so I'm quite SHOCK when they told me my phone had been unauthorized modify, I ask QCD which part of it had been modify they refuse to tell me and insist that they have the system so they will know. I have contacted Apple, sadly to say I'm also unable to proof that I never go others place to service before so Apple also not able to do much.
Anyone out there encounter same incident as me, any advice?
Thank a lot !!!
