Washed out Pic

When take pic in dark area using flash why the pic looks washed out ?

It happend to iphone 6s and 11.

Does it normal ?

have sapphire crystal lens why put plastic to cover it

very likely. u should have taken a before and after pic

otherwise just strip off the camera protector, it doesn't cost much.

the glass could have affected the quality of the image
