The "U" version specs is the best. But hard to find in Spore now....

isit mean for 56U the Wifi range is not so wide compare to 56S?

No difference for the wifi for both. I am using both 56U and 56S.

56U = main router
56S = access point

I agree with abstrax. There should not be any difference. There should however, be a speed difference if your network is heavily congested. In any case, the antenna connector type should not affect wifi range.
