I thought also improved battery life as well as the internal electronic gets smaller to house bigger batt and SoC consumed less power.

I would say that’ll be minimal as well. Don’t expect it to be 2 days battery life or more.

If your instinct tells you it’s too good to be true. 9/10 times it’s really something is wrong.

Workout seldom except do long outdoor walks. Batt capacity now is 93%.

Definitely. Somemore mainly use it for music controls and lots of whatsapp notifications during work. At the end of the day still got enough.

I am not a user, yet.

I am contemplating to get one. Since from what I understand it can track sleep/ecg/o2/maybe snoring it will help for sleep apnea? unlocking phone will just be a plus.

Current indicator of snoring is my spouse haha, not using any other trackers yet.

Technically the capabilities are there but Apple is not using it to track Sleep Apnea officially yet. Not sure if any third party app offers Sleep Apnea tracking.
